License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to: (a) modify or create derivative works based on our Services; (b) use our Services for any commercial purpose; (c) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble our software; or (d) remove any proprietary notices or labels.
Feedback
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our Services, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use such feedback in any way, including but not limited to incorporating it into our Services without any obligation to compensate you.
Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
Some of our Services are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our premium features, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials of our subscription services. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may be required to provide payment information to start a free trial.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Guarantees
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we do not guarantee admission to any university or college. Our Services provide guidance and recommendations based on available data, but the ultimate outcome of your transfer application depends on many factors beyond our control.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRANSFERAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
