Subscriptions

• Plans are billed in advance.
• You can manage your plan in Account Settings.
• Cancel anytime to stop future renewals (access remains until the end of your billing period).

Payment methods

• Payments are processed through our secure payment provider.
• Update your payment method in Account Settings if a charge fails.

Invoices and receipts

• You can request a receipt by emailing billing@transferai.app.
• Include your account email and the date of your purchase in your request.

Refunds

• Refund eligibility depends on usage and time since purchase.
