Quick note Cookie preferences can be updated anytime using Cookie settings in the site footer.

What we collect

Categories of information we may collect when you visit our site:

  • Online identifiers (IP address, device identifiers, browser information, cookie IDs).
  • Usage data (pages viewed, interactions, referral URLs, general site activity).
  • Approximate location derived from IP (for example, country-level), where available.
  • Free preview conversation data (message text and related metadata) when you use free preview chat features.

Why we collect it

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the site.
  • Measure traffic and product usage to improve features.
  • Debug issues and improve performance and reliability.
  • Review free preview chats to improve system quality.
  • Measure advertising attribution only if you enable Advertising cookies.
  • Use session replay/heatmaps only if you enable Recording.

Third parties

Service providers we use for analytics, diagnostics, and attribution (depending on your preferences):

  • Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) for analytics.
  • Microsoft Clarity for session replay/UX diagnostics (only if Recording is enabled).
  • Reddit for advertising attribution and measurement (only if Advertising is enabled, and subject to your Do Not Sell/Share choice and browser signals like Global Privacy Control).

Retention

  • Analytics identifiers and event data are retained for a limited period to support product measurement. We configure Google Analytics user-level data retention to 2 months, and we may retain aggregated reports for longer.
  • If enabled, session replay data is retained for a limited period for debugging and UX improvements.
  • Attribution parameters (such as UTM parameters) may be stored in your browser for up to 30 days, and are removed sooner if you disable the relevant category.
  • Free preview conversation records are retained for up to 90 days.
  • Internal export/download for offline analysis is produced in a masked format designed to reduce direct personal identifiers.

Your choices

  • You can manage cookies at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
  • If you enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, we honor it as an opt-out of sale/share for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not sell personal information. If you enable Advertising cookies, we may share information with advertising partners for attribution/measurement, and you can opt out at any time.
