Refund Policy
Eligibility, request steps, timelines, and credits handling.
To request a refund, email billing@transferai.app and include your UID, account email, and a brief reason for your request. The more context you provide, the faster we can review your request. For real-time help, you can also join our Discord at discord.transferai.app.
Important This policy applies to TransferAI plan purchases. If your request falls outside the standard eligibility window, you can still request a manual review and we may handle it on a case-by-case basis.
Refund eligibility
- Time limit: Submit your request within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after 7 days are not guaranteed to be accepted, but you may request a manual review.
- Usage limit: Your account must have consumed no more than 300 credits in total. We track credit usage in real time.
- Account status: Your account must have no policy violations and no unresolved complaints or disputes.

- Email billing@transferai.app with your UID, account email, and a brief reason for your request.
- Our team will review your request. We may ask for additional information if needed.

Refund processing
- Refund amount: We refund the full amount you actually paid (after discounts, if any).
- Refund method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Timeline: Once approved, we process refunds within a few business days. The final posting time depends on your payment provider.
Examples & specific scenarios
1) Discounted purchases
We only refund the amount you actually paid.
Example: $249 list price with a 10% discount → you paid $224.10 → refund amount is $224.10.
2) Credits (not refunded)
Credits are promotional rewards and not cash. Credits are not refunded. If a refund is approved, any promotional credits associated with the purchase will be cleared.
3) Affiliate/agent-invited purchases
The buyer receives a 10% discount. If the buyer refunds, we refund the amount paid and clear any related promotional credits.
4) User referral rewards
Both the referrer and the invited user may receive promotional credits. If the invited user refunds, we refund the amount paid and clear promotional credits for both parties.
Review standards
- Excess usage: Requests are not eligible if credit usage exceeds 300 credits.
- Abnormal account activity: Frequent refund requests, bulk purchases in a short period followed by clustered refund requests, or similar patterns may trigger additional manual verification.
